Paranoid is Black Sabbath's second studio album. Released in September 1970, it was the band's only album to top the album chart in the UK (until the release of the album 13) in 2013. Paranoid contains several of the band's most iconic tracks including Iron Man, War Pigs and Paranoid, which was the band's only Top 20 hit, reaching number 4 in the U.K charts.

It is often cited as an influential album in the early development of the heavy metal genre.
